Code of Business Conduct is a set of written rules that individuals adhere to certain professions or individuals who perform certain business activities. It should not be experienced as declarative rules imposed by the employer but rather as a step toward all-out cultural behavior of each individual in the collective, as an aid in the correction of bad habits and supporting the good ones. Code will remind you with its clichés of the fact that as an individual, as an important link in the chain of JOB, your positive behavior and activities in the company, have a positive effect on your environment, too. It also happens vice versa. Negative actions and behavior create negative effects to colleagues, clients, and overall job performance. We are witnesses that in the operating conditions with more and more severe competition, the nuances win. It is no longer just a matter of whether we did the job but also how we did it, with what style. Subtle, unconscious messages that we emit, sometimes tell more about us than words we speak. No one is a better indicator of business trends of JOB, its quality and success than people who are part of our team. In life, even in the business world, everything is important and nothing is negligible. It is important to do the job well but it is also important to have a style of dealing, to be the kind in communication, positive, neat, appropriately dressed, honest with people, it is important to listen other people's opinions, respect the diversity of others, to accept other people's weaknesses and be well-intentioned. The basis of long-term success is the continuous work of an individual to improve himself, taking into account the fact that each of us can always do even better than what is currently achieved. Such improvement of every individual in the JOB is the most positive starting point for achieving the overall positive image of the company. Such improvement means understanding your own personality, recognition of problems in communication, acceptance of criticism, review of failures in your own work and behavior and their correction, striving to be better, more cultured, neat, pleasant and positive. Such view of things reflects positively both on the private and business spheres of life. Code which is before you is composed of several segments, each equally important and essential to achieving a quality business conduct. The segments are defined relative to the mandatory relation employee has to work, working environment and equipment, to his colleagues, to clients, but also to his duty to achieve a good image with business look and attire, as well as with culture in communication.
Each employee is required to thoroughly read the code, and thereupon to apply the rules and given suggestions contained in it. The code of business conduct is effective from February 1st, 2008.
