The Risk Assessment Act

The Risk Assessment Act is given by the employer!

"The Risk Assessment Act is a document that contains a description of the working process with the assessment of risk of injury and / or damage to health in the workplace and working environment and measures to eliminate or reduce risk in order to improve safety and health at work" Article 4 paragraph 1, item 14 of the Law on Safety and Health at Work ("Official Gazette of RS, No. 101/05).


Adoption of legislation on the assessment of risk for jobs in the working environment is the responsibility of each employer, regardless of the activity of the company, the number of jobs or the number of employees in the firm.  The Risk Assessment Act is made in accordance with law and regulations and is specific for each company.
